1. About this policy. NEXUS PROPERTIES operates an independent property listing and enquiry platform at nexusproperties.win. This policy explains what happens if you ask for a refund in connection with your use of this website.

2. We do not sell property or collect payments on this website. No payment is made through this website. We do not sell, lease or reserve properties, and we do not collect security deposits, booking fees, advance payments or any other funds through this site. Property enquiries submitted here are passed to the named registered negotiator, who handles your enquiry under the registered estate agency's terms.

3. No refunds arise from this website. Because no payments are processed on this website, there is nothing for us to refund here. Any amount you pay in the course of a property transaction is paid directly to the registered estate agency or negotiator handling that transaction, under their invoice, receipt and terms.

4. If you have paid money to a negotiator or agency. Refunds of deposits, booking fees or other amounts paid to a registered agency or negotiator are governed by: (a) the written terms you agreed with that agency or negotiator; (b) the requirements of applicable Malaysian law and regulations; and (c) that agency's own complaints procedure. Please raise the matter directly with the negotiator and agency concerned.

5. If you believe something on this website is inaccurate. If a listing misstates a material fact, or a property is no longer available, tell us on WhatsApp at 60102916800. We will correct the listing and, where relevant, refer the matter to the responsible negotiator and agency.

6. Personal data requests are handled under our Privacy Notice.

7. Changes. We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page together with its effective date.
