Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details, property requirements, consent choices and campaign source required to respond and route the enquiry. We do not store raw browsing addresses or browser identification strings in analytics records.
How information is used
Information is used to register the enquiry, assign it to the responsible registered negotiator, arrange a requested viewing and measure service performance. Marketing communication is sent only when separate marketing consent is given.
Who receives information
A listing enquiry is transferred only to the registered negotiator responsible for that property and the negotiator’s registered estate agency. General enquiries remain unassigned until an appropriate representative is selected.
Analytics choices
Third-party website and advertising analytics remain disabled unless you accept analytics. Your transaction enquiry consent and your analytics choice are separate.
Retention and protection
Records are retained only for operational, dispute and legal requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised. Access is limited according to assigned responsibilities.
